These terms apply to any photography or web design booking made with Anntlas. By booking a shoot or project, you agree to the terms below.
A booking is confirmed once a date, scope, and price have been agreed via email. Payment terms are outlined in your individual quote. Full-day event bookings require the balance to be settled on or before the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible — I'll always try to find a new date that works. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a booked shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
I retain copyright over all photographs taken. Clients receive a license to use delivered images for their own business, personal, or promotional purposes (website, social media, print). Images may not be resold or used to promote a different business without prior agreement.
I may use images from your shoot in my own portfolio, website, and social media to showcase my work, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Web design projects include an agreed number of revision rounds as outlined in your quote. Additional revisions beyond that scope may incur extra cost. Ongoing hosting, domain, and maintenance costs are the client's responsibility unless a retainer arrangement is in place.
Turnaround times are estimates given in good faith based on current workload. I'll always let you know if a delivery is going to run later than expected.
While every care is taken on shoot days, Anntlas isn't liable for circumstances outside reasonable control (venue access issues, weather, equipment failure, etc.) that may affect a shoot. In such cases, I'll work with you to find a fair resolution, including rescheduling where possible.
